Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Step II ® 

The purpose of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Step II ® personality inventory is to make the theory of psychological types described by C. G. Jung understandable and useful in people's lives.  


In addition to looking at psychological types, the Step II ® tool looks at individual facets that represent some of the many ways in which an individual may express the eight basic type preferences.  For example, Step II ® results make it possible to explore and explain differences between two Extraverts, one who is quiet and reserved in certain settings but has a large circle of friends and acquaintances, and the other who is quite animated and enthusiastic in most settings but who prefers having a few close friends rather than a large circle of acquaintances.  Similarly, results can give us insight into why people with a preference for Perceiving might sometimes appear quite orderly about meeting deadlines or planning their work.


Workshop Duration: 2.5-hours and will require participants to complete a 45-minute

instrument beforehand.
