Myers-Briggs Type Indicator​ (MBTI)

Cows have personalities and of course so do people! But unlike people, cows are unable to take a personality assessment based on nearly 100 years of psychological research. But you can! Based on the answers to the questions on the MBTI assessment, people are identified as having one of 16 personality types. The primary goal of the MBTI is to create a framework for personal self-awareness along with two secondary goals:

To create a common language that supports people and groups in communicating more effectively.

To understand that what seems to be out-of-place or disorderly behavior in others, is in fact actually consistent and orderly.
Great for personal self-awareness, and for work groups or families, this workshop will help you understand how type matters and why it is important.
