Yoga is more than just a physical practice. Yoga can provide you with "space" to simply be. It is a place to come back inside, a space to tune out the outside world and reconnect with yourself. We offer several different types of classes for you to explore and find out which ones are right for you. With continued practice you will realize the benefits of added strength, increased flexibility, and more!

All Levels- This class is a great place to start if you are new to yoga or are looking for modifications or for opportunity to grow in your practice by moving deeper into the poses. This class will challenge you to stay focused while increasing flexibility and improving your balance.
Vinyasa Flow - Connecting breath with movement, during this class you will build heat through movement and flows leaving you feeling energized and empowered.
Power Yoga - During this class you will be challenged through both flows and holding various poses building strength as well as increasing flexibility.
Yin Yoga - During this class you will spend 3-5 minutes holding various poses supported by props working with your breath to find space and to increase flexibility.
Although our current regular yoga offerings are vinyasa, power yoga, and all levels, we occasionally offer yin yoga and yoga with reiki. As we continue to grow our community, we will continue to provide more classes and offerings.
