Elle is a Reiki Master, trained by William Rand with the International Center for Reiki Training. Elle has healing hands and is a medical intuitive. She uses Holy Fire Reiki, which allows her to feel where energy is stuck and then works to get the energy moving again to promote healing.

 

What is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that aids your body’s natural ability to heal itself.

 

Reiki can be done hands on, hands off, or even remotely! It is a pure form of healing. Reiki raises the vibration level in and around the physical body where negative thoughts and feelings are attached causing the negative energy to break apart and fall away. In doing so, Reiki clears and heals the energy pathways allowing healthy energy (Ki) to flow in a natural way.

In-studio Reiki or Distant Reiki sessions are by appointment only and are 30 to 60-minutes in duration.

 

Please note that appointments must be booked at least one-day prior, though same day requests often can be accommodated.

• In order to best prepare for your distant reiki session, we suggest that you set aside some time when you will not be disturbed. Turn your cell phone on "Do not disturb", maybe light some candles or dim the lights, and play some comforting soft music.
